We will be visiting the property checking everything is in order.

• Visit of the property: each client decides the frequency of the visits
• Report of the visit via email / message to the owner
• Review of all rooms in the house: in case an important incident has been detected the owner will be contacted and possible actions will be decided
• Mail: pick up of mail and list on the inspection sheet.

We also arrange your home for your arrival including accurate cleaning & Laundry services!
